What the plan looks likeFour stages, in order
- 1. Diagnose. A short check to confirm which topics are actually weak, not which topics feel weak.
- 2. Rebuild. Fix the one or two highest-impact gaps first, since IGCSE Maths topics build on each other.
- 3. Practise under time. One timed past paper a week once the method is solid, not before.
- 4. Review the working, not just the score. Every lost mark traced back to the exact step where it broke.
Where MathPert fitsExam preparation built around this plan
MathPert runs online IGCSE Maths (0580) and Additional Maths (0606) tuition for Year 7 to 11 students, taught method-first on Zoom by Teacher Au since 2018. Exam-term classes follow the same diagnose-rebuild-practise order described above, rather than defaulting straight to a stack of past papers.
