MathPert uses enquiry details only to reply, understand class fit, and guide parents toward the right diagnostic or class route.

How enquiry information is used

MathPert collects parent name, contact details, student stage, and the concern you choose to share so Teacher Au can reply to your enquiry and suggest the most suitable next step.

  • Information is used for enquiry handling, class-fit discussion, diagnostic guidance, and parent communication.
  • WhatsApp is used for parent communication. Email may be used if supplied.
  • Do not send sensitive documents unless MathPert specifically asks for them.
  • You can ask MathPert to update or remove enquiry details by contacting info@mathperteducation.com.

If MathPert changes how enquiry details are stored or processed, this notice should be updated so parents know how their information is handled.

PDPA notice for enrolled students

Personal data we collect once your child is enrolled

This section applies once a child is enrolled in MathPert classes, in addition to the enquiry-stage notice above. It is provided under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

  • What is collected: student name, age or year level, and academic performance data (diagnostic results, class progress, weak-step tracking); parent name and WhatsApp/contact number; video and audio of your child during live Zoom classes, recorded for teaching-quality review.
  • Why: to provide tuition, track your child's progress, communicate with you about classes, and improve teaching quality.
  • Where it's processed: Zoom (video classes), Google Classroom (materials), and WhatsApp (communication), which may process data outside Malaysia. These tools are used only for their stated purpose. MathPert does not sell or share your data with any other third party.
  • How long it's kept: for as long as your child is enrolled, and up to 12 months after enrolment ends, after which it is deleted unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Your rights: you may ask to see what data we hold on your child, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent and have it deleted, at any time, by messaging Teacher Au directly.
  • If something goes wrong: if MathPert discovers a data breach that could affect you, you will be told directly, and the matter reported to the relevant authority as required by law.
